Purchasing Policy

It is possible to purchase from the online store when the desired products are in stock.

Go to the store, add the desired products to your cart and then proceed to payment.

Online orders are processed on Monday PM, for delivery to our drop-off points the following week. You have until Monday, 1 PM, to submit your order.

Our drop-off points are as follows:

At the Farm; available at the self-service kiosk from the following Tuesday.

In Sherbrooke (Old Barracks Park); Tuesday 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (all year).

In Waterville (Waterville Market); Friday 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (May 23 to October 3)

In Lennoxville (Lennoxville Market); Saturday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (May 31 to October 18)

Example :

You order Monday, September 1st at 9 a.m. with Sherbrooke as the drop-off point; your order will be processed on September 1st in PM and will be available on September 2nd in Sherbrooke.

You order Monday, September 1st at 8 p.m. with Sherbrooke as the drop-off point; your order will be processed on September 8th in PM and will be available on September 9th in Sherbrooke.

To make your online shopping easier, we offer sizes/weights with approximate prices for several items. After checkout, we will adjust the price based on the actual weight, which will be reflected on your invoice. This will take place during order processing on the following Monday.

Example :

You choose a leg of lamb listed at $70.00 (average price). When your order is processed, the leg actually weighs 2.12 kg and the price is $39.00/kg. You will therefore be charged $82.68 on your credit card.

You choose a medium whole chicken (6-7 lbs) listed at $38.00 (average price). When your order is processed, the chicken sent actually weighs 6.02 lbs and the price is $5.85/Lb. You will therefore be charged $35.22 on your credit card.

If you have a special request regarding the weight of the product (e.g. the largest or smallest piece available in inventory / as close as possible to 1 kg, etc.) you can indicate it under "Special Requests" in your cart. We will be happy to accommodate your requests as long as inventory allows :)
